Let Us Help You Stay Cool in Your Car

Is there a funny smell emanating out of your car's AC vents? It's time you get your vehicle's AC unit checked by the ASE-certified professionals at Auto Station.

We'll conduct a proper and in-depth analysis of your unit and advise your car AC repairs in accordance. In order to stay cool in your vehicle all summer, we recommend you to get your AC unit checked even at the slightest hint of a problem, instead of running it till it breaks down.

You Can Tell Your AC is Malfunctioning If

  • The air being emitted isn’t as cold as it used to be
  • A funny smell is coming from the vents
  • The air conditioner’s drive belts, compressor, or blower are noisier
  • A rhythmic clicking noise is coming from the hood when you turn on the AC or defroster
  • The defroster no longer defrosts the windshield effectively
  • Water is resting on the floor of the passenger compartment
  • The cooling fan keeps cycling on and off

An Important Note for You

If you're using a vehicle that was serviced before 1992, you need to get your car's AC unit checked ASAP. This is because the Freon refrigerant in your vehicle is obsolete and no longer used. It contains CFC-12, a component that's known to deplete the ozone layer.

However, you can get your AC unit's refrigerant replaced with an R-134a, which is a new and an ozone-friendly cooling agent. Auto Station is just a call or visit away for any such auto needs.

"I spent a year trying to find a
quality mechanic in Omaha and
my search ended here. Lance and his crew are the only repair guys I've ever found that are both honest and skillful. I have
been going to them for any car problem. I have had for 4 years now and have never been treated poorly."
